Overview

Performed work to update all hallways, entryways, stairwells and entrance/exits to a more modern style.

Drywall/Paint

  • Extensive necessary drywall repairs were made to smooth all walls and prep for either wallpaper or paint per client specification.
  • All walls were then primed and paint was started and finished in all areas keeping all areas of the lodge accessible at all times for guests and staff.

Wallpaper

  • Wallpaper as phase two of the project was completed next.
  • As this phase was being finished door casing, chair rail, and other trim work was getting started right behind to keep the flow of the project for completion.

Electrical

  • New LED lighting and trim installed throughout property

Flooring

  • New tiling in all entries and elevator bays.
  • New high traffic carpeting in all remaining areas.

Finish Work and Punch Items

  • These items were very minimal with how the project was conducted.
  • Walked floor by floor for blue tape and sign off.
  • All involved parties including ownership were involved and satisfied.
